Saw this on here, its cutlery made from 80% potato starch and 20% soy and is totally biodegradable. Its unfortunately double the price of plastic cutlery currently but its a great alternative and the price will eventually come down. It can even be washed and reused multiple times. But surely isn't stainless steel cutlery still best for the environment?
