Don't know much about this company Oliso, apparently they are based in San Francisco and reckon they believe in "user-driven design" not sure how true this is but I thought this was a cool little device. Turning an age-old food packaging system into something that can now be done at home they have created the Frisper Freshkeeper. The neat product allows you to vac pack your food to preserve freshness. Check it out at Oliso
