The new Lotus Elise concept uses natural materials in its construction. It has hemp in its seats and body panels, water based paints, wool and sisal carpets.
Its an interesting concept but what I want to buy is a even smaller, even lighter Lotus with a smaller efficient engine (perhaps keeping in the Toyota family and using the 1.0 VVT-i or 1.3 VVT-i).
That would be the perfect replacement for my Smart Roadster.
