DamnSeaLegs

Matt Walkerdine friend, ex colleague, photographer and gentleman sent out an e-mail a few days ago about some updates on his blog. I'm really liking the new stuff. I couldn't help but notice he has the longest list of links in the whole wide world. Keep up the good work Matt.

Little Forest

I wouldn't call myself a fan but I find myself looking at Tina Roth's swissmiss blog far too much, I think its because I know there's some new cool stuff almost every day whereas other bloggers only manage two or three posts a month. I thought these little trees by designer Mark Giglio made from scraps of wood looked awesome. It doesn't say what exactly they are, I think they're just ornaments but they'd make great salt and pepper shakers or how about little tree chess pieces?

Mama Quilla

I saw these drink packaging concept by student Camille Forget on The Dieline themed on Día de los Muertos - The Day of the Dead. Sadly it doesn't explain what the drink is or why she's chosen this strange theme but it does look great, however I can't imagine this on a carton of semi skimmed.

Wired for Sound!

I love these headphones from AKG, apparently they are actually studio headphones and shouldn't really be used with your ipod however many people seem to disagree. They also take about 300hrs of play back before they actually start giving out their best sounds. I would love some of these however at over £200 it will probably never happen.

London from above

Boston's The Big Picture is my favourite blog on the internet right now. It runs 2-3 news stories in high res pictures every week which are the highlight of my day (apart from work). These 24 shots of London were run at the end of January and are awesome - these small jpeg's don't do the originals any justice.

Travis Coburn

I love Scott Hansen's blog and I thought this work by Tavis Coburn was appropriate this week. The kids are off school so the commuter traffic is (almost) great.

El Al Playing Cards

I spotted these nice playing cards on my rss reader over on Grain Edit yesterday. They were produced for the Airline Company and illustrated by Israeli deisgner Jean David. Very nice.
